What is AsOne?
We’re here to create something more meaningful than a network, more dynamic than a studio, and more ethical than the algorithmic grind.
Together, we share opportunities, launch collaborations, and explore what it means to be a creative human in the age of AI and automation.
We don’t follow trends — we shape them

Who is it for?
AsOne is a creative co-operative for designers, builders, and entrepreneurs working at the frontier of emerging technologies. We are building a community centered on autonomy, collaboration, creativity, and meaningful work.
We are at the beginning — forming the founding cohort who will help define the culture, values, structure, and future direction.
No, not at launch.
We are starting with simple tools (Slack + Notion) and human-first collaboration.
Web3 infrastructure might come later — but only if the community chooses to explore it.
Yes — deeply. But at the same time it’s not an AI project.
We see AI literacy as a foundational skill for creatives and builders today.
As we launch, a major focus will be learning, experimenting, and collaborating around AI tools, techniques, ethics, and creative possibilities.
Defining the version of AI which pushes our creativity further rather than fights with it.
Senior creatives, technologists, designers, developers, strategists, writers, and entrepreneurs excited by creativity, autonomy, and emerging technologies — with a strong curiosity toward AI, Web3 and the evolving digital frontier.
You can request an invite through the application form on this launch page. Selected applicants will be invited for a short conversation to ensure alignment.
No, not initially. And maybe not ever. Or perhaps there will be.
We want to work that out with the founding group.
Membership is based on contribution, participation, and alignment — not payment.
- Help shape the early culture and structure.
- Engage meaningfully in discussions and activities.
- Participate in group learning and exploration — particularly around AI and emerging tech.
- Collaborate and experiment on projects when ready.
No fixed hours — autonomy is key.
But founding members are expected to participate in key milestones, discussions, and early experiments.
Longer term, the idea will be to build and create, the goal is collaboration not lurking and leeching.
To kick things off, the tools we’re all familiar with
- Slack for daily communication.
- Notion for knowledge management, project tracking, and resources.
This may well evolve. We may even build our own tools.
The initial phase is about building shared capability, culture, and trust.Client work and member-led initiatives will emerge once a strong foundation is in place. That being said, this is all emanating out of airborne.studio which has continual project needs and opportunities. However, client work is not guaranteed or the immediate focus with AsOne membership.
Absolutely.
Launching and collaborating on member-led projects is a core goal.
Initially through open discussions among founding members.
We'll experiment with light governance models that evolve naturally.
- Personal Autonomy and Creative Freedom
- Collaboration over Competition
- Ethical, Human-Centric Technology Adoption
- Creativity, Experimentation, and Bold Thinking
- Lifelong Learning and Collective Growth
Supportive, action-oriented, curious, experimental, and future-focused.
Primarily remote, but we value real-world relationships and will plan in-person gatherings when possible.
Yes, intentionally at first — quality and alignment over quantity.
Very important we think.
We believe understanding and creatively engaging with AI is now a core creative literacy — like design thinking or digital skills were before.
- Hands-on experiments
- Collaborative workshops and discussions
- Critical analysis of tools and ethics
- Sharing resources, learnings, and best practices
- Collective projects exploring AI creatively
No — just curious, open-minded, and willing to learn.
We'll grow and figure it out together, AsOne.
The focus will be on thoughtful, critical, and creative engagement with emerging technologies.
We're not interested in empty AI buzzwords or crypto scams. We want to master the tools, challenge assumptions, and create responsibly.
Maybe — if and when it serves the community's goals.
Nothing will be imposed — everything will be explored collectively.
Potentially, in the future.
We aim to develop ways for members to back and build new ideas — but financial infrastructure will evolve after the core culture is stable.
To be a globally connected, autonomous, high-agency community where creators and builders drive meaningful work — mastering emerging technologies, shaping better futures.
No.
AsOne is action-driven, community-powered, and vision-led — not a passive chatroom.
That's okay.
We aim for natural fit and long-term alignment — not forced participation.
Initially through client collaborations and member projects.
Later, through incubated ventures, educational offerings, and collective opportunities — but only as aligned with community values.
